Vienna, Austria / Dülmen, Germany, 19 May 2025 - Optimus Tower Austria (OTA), the largest independent provider of communications infrastructure in Austria, and the STF Group, an internationally active company for customised and innovative engineering services, are pooling their expertise in a strategic partnership: The aim of the collaboration is to offer owners and developers of commercial properties throughout Germany sustainable in-house mobile communications coverage from a single source - adapted to individual needs, precisely calculable, sustainably planned and fully supported.
More and more property owners and investors expect stable connectivity within buildings - whether in offices, hotels or supermarkets. Because in times of digital working and living environments, reliable mobile phone reception has long since become a basic requirement for attractive and economically successful properties.
As part of a collaboration, OTA and STF have now jointly developed a comprehensive solution to improve the quality of mobile communications in buildings. The service begins with analysing requirements and extends from network planning and installation through to operational support. Mobile radio coverage is provided across all network operators - for maximum user-friendliness and economic security. The offer is geared towards commercial properties with a minimum area of 1,000 m² and can be precisely calculated - from the first measurement to ongoing maintenance.
Property owners benefit from a transparent pricing model without installation costs and a modular service. Property developers can use the new offer to close unfavourable connectivity gaps in interior spaces before handover.
